Marvesta Shrimp Farms does everything to make sure your shrimp arrive in premium condition.  We send your order overnight via FedEx in foam insulated coolers, which then are placed into cardboard shipping boxes to insure your shrimp are cold, delicious and at the peak of freshness.

Shipping Costs

Included in the shipping costs are standard FedEx overnight shipping charges, packaging, gel packs and a shrimp preparation guide.  Marvesta Shrimp Farms is proud to include a sample of McCormick’s Old Bay Seasoning, best known as the definitive seasoning for crab, shrimp, and other seafood dishes.  To learn more about McCormick and Old Bay, visit them on the web at www.mccormick.com and www.old-bay.com respectively. 

Shipping Information

Packaging

All orders are sent in molded foam insulated shippers and are packed with "food-grade" gel packs to ensure the safe transit of the freshest shrimp in the world.  Each order will have a product label complete with handling and storage information, as well as samples of McCormick’s Old Bay Seasoning. 

Availability

Due to supply conditions, occasionally shrimp orders may not be available.  Should this happen, an associate will contact you immediately to discuss possible changes in delivery time and/or availability.

Delivery Terms

Shrimp is a perishable commodity.  All shipments are packed with ample refrigerant to maintain proper temperatures for the shipping period.  It is recommended someone be available to accept shipment upon its arrival or shortly after.  If no one is available to accept receipt of the shipment for a prolonged period of time, we cannot guarantee the shrimp will remain in good condition.

Upon receipt, proper care in removing shrimp and either refrigerating or freezing as appropriate and use  and/or time period before something to maintain optimum freshness.  Shrimp must be removed from shipping container for proper storage.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us with 24 hours and will, when appropriate, replace or refund your purchase.
