Shipping & DeliveryAll orders placed by 10:00 a.m. will be shipped that day. Otherwise, the shipment will go out the next day. We cannot ship to PO boxes. There is a $10 additonal fee for Saturday delivery which you must select as you select your product(s). Be sure there is one Saturday delivery fee in your cart before you check out. Marvesta LLC does everything to make sure your shrimp arrive in premium condition. We send your order overnight via FedEx in foam coolers and placed into cardboard shipping boxes to insure our shrimp are cold, delicious and at the peak of freshness. Shipping CostsIncluded in the shipping costs are standard FedEx overnight shipping charges, packaging, gel packs and a shrimp preparation guide. Shipping InformationPackagingAll orders are sent in cardboard containers utilizing "food-grade" thermoseal bags with gel packs to keep your shrimp cold. Each order will have product label complete with handling and storage information.’ AvailabilityDue to supply conditions, occasionally shrimp orders may not be available. Should this happen, an associate will contact you immediately to discuss possible changes in delivery time and/or availability. Delivery TermsShrimp is a perishable commodity. All shipments are packed with ample refrigerant to maintain proper temperatures for the shipping period. It is recommended someone be available to accept shipment upon its arrival or shortly after. If no one is available to accept receipt of the shipment for a prolonged period of time, we cannot guarantee the shrimp will remain in good condition. Upon receipt, proper care in removing shrimp and either refrigerating or freezing as appropriate and use and/or time period before something to maintain optimum freshness. Shrimp must be removed from shipping container for proper storage. GuaranteeIf you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us with 24 hours and will, when appropriate, replace or refund your purchase. |
